Forget-me-nots are another native plant. It has very pretty blue flowers in the spring and is very easy to grow.

These plants do tend to self-seed, so they work very well for naturalizing a wooded area…but in your garden, you may need to spend some time removing the new plants that pop up every year where you weren’t expecting them.
